Quick answer

The WB Excise ePos login is at bevco.wb.gov.in, and it's linked from the Excise Directorate site, excise.wb.gov.in. ePos is a government system. F&Bos doesn't run it and can't reset your login. We make BevOS, a separate billing POS for off shops.

BevOS is not the government system. This guide is written by F&Bos, a private software company. We have no connection with the Excise Directorate or Bevco. Only enter your ePos details on a wb.gov.in address.

How do I log in to WB Excise ePos?

  1. Open the official ePos login page, or go to the Excise Directorate home page and choose ePos Login under its online services.
  2. Check that the address ends in wb.gov.in.
  3. Enter the login details issued to you, then the CAPTCHA.

The page is titled "eAbgari - Supply Chain Management System (ePos)". Its Android app is on Google Play, and the login page marks it as only for registered operators.

Which excise portal does what?

The Excise Directorate lists several logins with similar names, so it's easy to open the wrong one.

Links and labels checked on excise.wb.gov.in and bevco.wb.gov.in on 4 November 2026. Government addresses can change, so start from the Excise Directorate home page if a link stops working.

Who do I contact if I can't log in?

The official pages we checked list no ePos-only help desk. The eAbgari login page has a "Forgot Password?" link. F&Bos can't reset government logins.

How does daily reporting on ePos work?

We won't guess at this. The public pages we could read don't set out ePos reporting steps, and the requirements are set by the Excise Directorate. The directorate's home page lists "ePos Implementation" videos, so start there, and ask your excise office what applies to your licence.

How does off-shop billing connect to ePos?

ePos is the government's system. Your counter still needs a way to bill each customer, count stock and close the day. That's the gap BevOS, our POS for West Bengal off shops, is built for:

BevOS is in pilot with FL off shops in West Bengal, and pricing is on request. Message us on WhatsApp to see it on a tablet at your counter.

Frequently asked questions

What is the WB Excise ePos login link?

The ePos login is on the Bevco site, at bevco.wb.gov.in, and is linked from the Excise Directorate home page at excise.wb.gov.in. Check that the address ends in wb.gov.in before you enter your details.

Is BevOS the same as WB Excise ePos?

No. ePos is the government system, run through the Excise Directorate of West Bengal. BevOS is a separate counter POS made by F&Bos for FL off shops, and you can't log in to ePos through it.

Who do I contact if I can't log in to ePos?

The official pages we checked list no ePos help desk. The eAbgari help desk is 033-22216204 and eabgari.wb-excise@gov.in, and the Excise Directorate's general contacts are 033 2236 0625 and dcit.wb-excise@nic.in. Your local excise office can also help.

Is there an ePos mobile app?

Yes. The Excise Directorate links to an ePos Android app on Google Play, and the login page marks it as only for registered operators.

Does BevOS send data to ePos directly?

No. BevOS hands data to ePos by export, not through a direct connection. BevOS is in pilot, so ask us to show you the export on a tablet at your counter.
